GRAN'MA CHERIE'S BAKED CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • OR:
  • From the Kitchen of: Mandy (in Colorado)
  • 1/3 Soup (one can Cream of Chicken, Cream of Celery, or Cream of Mushroom Soup)
  • 1/3 Sour Cream (fill soup can with sour cream – or guess)
  • 1/3 Wine (fill soup can with wine)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can Soup
  • ½ soup can milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Make enough of either sauce to cover how ever much chicken you’re cooking. Bake at 350 degrees for 1½ to 2 hours. Be careful, this boils over and makes a mess in the oven.

You can also use either of these mixtures, put over chicken and thinly sliced potatoes for chicken and potatoes. Add cooked or uncooked rice and have chicken and rice as well! My favorite!
