Ingredients
- 1 Qt. whipping cream
- 1 C cooked brown rice
- 1/4 C sucanat, honey, maple syrup, agave nectar (try a blend, ex: 1/8 C honey and 1/8 C maple syrup)
- 1/4 T sea salt
- 1/2 C raisins
- 1/4 T cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Combine milk, rice, sweetener, and sea salt in a large saucepan. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. It’s ready when it starts to thicken.
Now, stir in the raisins and cinnamon. And continue to cook for another 10 minutes or until it’s thick and the rice is soft.
