Ingredients
- Optional:
- 1 pkg tri color rotini pasta
- 1 pkg pepperoni
- 1 brick 4-pack of different cheeses (or at least 2 different cheeses such as Cojack, Pepperjack, Cheddar), for a total of ~1 brick cheese.
- 1 can medium olives
- 1 container zesty italian salad dressing
- ~1 cup romano or parmesan cheese
- Green pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook and drain pasta (running cool water over pasta). While pasta is cooking:
Cut cheese into bite size cubes, cut pepperoni into quarters, and thinly slice olives. Put cheese, pepperoni and olives into large mixing bowl. Add pasta and zesty italian salad dressing and ~1 cup of either parmesan or romano cheese. Toss to coat.
The pasta salad will get "drier" within a day, as the salad dressing is absorbed by the pasta. Add more salad dressing as desired.
