OVEN STEW # 1
Just put everything in a roaster and bake for a complete meal. No pre-browning of meat.

Ingredients
- 2-1/4 lbs. stew meat, cut bite size or larger
- 2 medium onions, cut up
- 5 medium potatoes, quartered
- 5 carrots, quartered
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 28 oz. canned tomatoes
- 3 tbsp minute tapicoa
- 2 tsp beef bouillon powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Put first 5 ingredients in medium roastaer.
Mix remaining ingredients together in bowl. Pour over contents in roaster. Cover. Bake in 300 oven for 4 hours or until tender.
