Green Beans with Hazelnuts

Ingredients
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup hazelnuts
- 1 1 1 pound green beans
- 1 1 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 1 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1 1 pink shallot, minced
- to juice, to taste
- 2 2 2 tablespoons crème fraîche
- small handful A small handful of chopped fresh tarragon
- small handful A small handful of chopped fresh parsley
- Directions
- to 350°F/180°C. 8 to 350°F/180°C. Spread the nuts on a baking sheet and toast in the oven until slightly darkened and fragrant, about 8 minutes. Remove, chop, and set aside.
