Green Beans with Hazelnuts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup hazelnuts
  • 1 1 1 pound green beans
  • 1 1 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 1 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1 1 pink shallot, minced
  • to juice, to taste
  • 2 2 2 tablespoons crème fraîche
  • small handful A small handful of chopped fresh tarragon
  • small handful A small handful of chopped fresh parsley
  • Directions
  • to 350°F/180°C. 8 to 350°F/180°C. Spread the nuts on a baking sheet and toast in the oven until slightly darkened and fragrant, about 8 minutes. Remove, chop, and set aside.
