Pressure Cooker Creole Fish

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of your favorite mild white fish (haddock, white fish etc.) cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 cups of stewed tomatoes with liquids
  • 1 green pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 stalks celery sliced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

PREPARATIONS

Place all ingredients into pressure cooker and stir to mix.
Cook under high pressure for 4 minutes and allow natural pressure release.
