Crockpot Marmalade Curry Chicken 0 Picture


  • 4 frozen chicken breasts
  • 18oz jar orange marmalade
  • 1 1/2 t curry powder
  • 1/8 t cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 t ginger
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth



Step 1

Put chicken in bottom of crockpot. Combine marmalade, dry spices and chicken broth in small bowl. Pour mixture over top of chicken. Cook on low for 6 hours. Shred chicken and serve over brown rice.
