SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE II

Ingredients

  • TOPPING:
  • 3 cups of mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • ● Mix all together and pour into dish.
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 flour
  • ● Mix well and spread over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
