Cape Breton Bark

Ingredients

  • unsalted crackers
  • 1 c butter
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 1 bag milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c white chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and brown sugar in small sauce pan and boil 5-10 mins (until fudge like state)

Spread crackers on cookie sheet. Pour butter/brown sugar mix over top.

Bake 7-10 mins at 350F

Spread with milk choc chips
Put in over to soften and spread

Put back in overn with soften white choc chips

Take out of oven an swirl

Refridgerate 2-3 hours then break apart
