CHANTILLY CREAM

Ingredients

• 2/3 c heavy cream
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp Brandy
• 1 tsp Grand Marnier
• 1/4 c powdered sugar
• 2 Tb sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Chill mixing bowl. Whip cream, vanilla, Brandy, and GM for 1 minute on medium speed. Add sugar and sour cream ; finish whipping.
