Ingredients
- 1 lb butter, melted
- 1 1b. powdered sugar
- 1 lb. brown sugar
- 1 qt. ice cream, softened
- 1 rounded tsp. cinnamon
- 1 rounded tsp. nutmeg
- Rum, light or dark
- whipped cream
- nutmeg for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
In mixer, combine sugars and ice cream. Mix until well combined and liquidy. Slowly drizzle melted butter into ice cream mixture while blending. Store in Freezer. To prepare drink, combine 2 heaping Tablespoons of mix to 1 shot rum and hot water. Top with whipped cream and dash of nutmeg. Enjoy!
