Family Fun Night Barbecues

Cola brings a sweet and interesting dimension to these quick-to-make barbecue sandwiches.

Ingredients

• 1 cup Heinz® Tomato Ketchup
• 1 cup cola
• 1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins® Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 lb. thinly sliced baked ham
• 6 sandwich buns, split and toasted

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine Ketchup, cola, and Worcestershire.
In a sauce pan, bring to a boil and then simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add ham and simmer additional 5-8 minutes.
Serve on sandwich buns.
