Pressure Cooker Potatoes Vert

Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes, peeked and sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 can spinach, undrained
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tdp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp butter

Preparation

Step 1

Place on rack in cooker the peeled and sliced potatoes and the remaining
ingredients.

Close cooker and cook 5 minutes at 15 lb pressure. Cool cooker under the
cold water tap until the pressure is completely reduced.

Beat the potatoes into a puree, taste for seasoning and serve.
