Thin Crust Pizza Dough

Thin Crust Pizza Dough 0 Picture


  • 3 1/2 C bread flour
  • 1 C whole wheat flour
  • 5 tsp. quick-rise yeast
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 1/2-1 2/3 C warm water


Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 25mins


Step 1

Place flours, yeast and salt in food processor, pulse until blended. Add honey. While processing gradually add warm water until a ball forms. Continue processing 60 seconds to knead dough.

Turn onto floured surface, shape into ball. Cover and let rise. Divide dough into halves.

Roll onto pans. Top with favorite toppings.

Bake at 450 for 15-20 min.
