Zuccini Bread

Ingredients

• Add:
• 3 C sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 1/2 C oil
• Cream together and add 3 C peeled and grated zuccini.
• 2 tsp B powder
• 1 tsp B soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 C flour
• 1/2 C coconut
• 1 c nuts
• Add 6 t cocoa for chocolate zuccini bread
