- 24 crackers,crumbled
- 1/2 cup oleo
- 1/3 cup sugar

- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese

- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk2 cups pumpkins
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- (4)
- 1 envelope knox gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- (5)
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 cup sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Layer 1-crumbs, add sugar and oleo. press into 13 x 9 pan
Layer 2. mix eggs, sugar, cream cheese. pour over crust. bake 20 minutes at 350
layer 3 cook pumpkin, yolks, sugar. milk, salt and cinnamon until it thickens. remove from heat and add gelatin mixed with cold water, cool.
layer 4-beat egg whites, sugar and fold into pumpkin mix. pour over cooled, baked crust.
layer5-top with cool whip, garnish with crumbs
