Peanut Butter Blossoms

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 cups flour
• 1/2 cup softened oleo
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 2 tbsp. milk
• 1/8 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients, dry ingredients last. Chill dough, roll into balls & roll in sugar. Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 7-8 minutes, until golden brown & top will crack, bring out and place Hershey Kiss on immediately. Let cool.
