Ingredients
- 1 medium can sauerkraut(water rinsed)
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/4 cup sliced green pepper
- 1 small onion diced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 14 oz ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups tomato juice
Preparation
Step 1
brown meat-drain. Rinse and drain sauerkraut. Add all ingredients together in skillet and mix well. cover simmer-30 minutes.
