Ingredients

  • 12 oz. bow tie pasta
  • 1 pkg. fresh spinach leaves chopped
  • 4 cups marinara sauce
  • 15 oz. ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain.

In a large bowl, microwave spinach 3 minutes on high or until wilted, drain well

Heat oven to 375.

Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.

In the bowl with spinach, add cooked pasta, sauce, ricotta cheese, green onions and pepper.

Spoon into baking dish, top with cheese.

Cover with foil, bake 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 more minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
