Ingredients
- 1 8 count crescent rolls
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 oz. cream cheese(softened)
- 3 Tbs. butter
- 1 Tbs.chopped onion
- 2 Tbs. milk
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth.Add 2 Tbs. milk,onion,salt and pepper.Add chicken to this and mix well.
In another pan mix 1/2 cup milk,1/2 cup of the cheese,
and the soup.Heat until cheese melts,but don't boil.
Put part of the soup mixture in bottom of casserole dish.
Roll chicken mix in rolls and lay on soup.Put rest of soup mixture on rolls.Sprinkle with rest of chees and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
