Blueberry Pie (using fresh or frozen berries)

Ingredients
- Pastry for two crust pie
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/3 c flour
- 4-6 c blueberries (if using frozen, partially thaw)
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 T butter or margarine

Step 1
1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare pastry.
2. Mix sugar and flour. Stir in berries. Pour into pastry-lined pie plate. Sprinkle with lemon juice, dot with butter. Cover with top crust, cut slits to allow steam to escape and sprinkle with white sugar. Cover crust edge with tin foil to prevent overbrowning. remove during last 15 minutes of baking. Bake 35-45 minutes, til juices begin to bubble thru crust. Tent pie with foil if crust browns before juices bubble thru.
