Chocolate Graham Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter or Crisco shortening
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1 egg, large
• 3 T milk
• 1 t vanilla
• 1 1/4 cups flour
• 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/2 t baking soda
• 1/4 t salt
• 1/4 t ground cinnamon
• 1 12 oz bag mini baking M&M's

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter or shortening and sugars in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add egg, milk and vanilla, blending well. Combine flour, graham cracker curmbs, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, blend well into creamed mixture. By hand, stir in M&M's. Drop heaping tablespoon of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350oF for 8-10 minutes until set but not over done. Cool 1 minute before removing to cooling rack.

To make Chocolate Graham Goodie S'mores, sandwich 2 cookies together by spreading bottoms of half the cookies with 1 tablespoon marshmellow cream and toping with a second cookies.
