- 3 T soy sauce
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1 T rice vinegar
- 1 T sesame oil
- pinch of dried red pepper flakes
- 6 thin slices of ginger
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
Combine ingredients. Add tuna Steaks
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour but not more than 6.
Grill 5 minutes on each side. Do not overcook Tuna! Baste while cooking.
