Ingredients
- 36 ounces White Chocolate
- 10 ounces Water
- 48 ounces Heavy Cream
- 3 ea Lemons (zest only)

Preparation
Step 1
1. In sauce pan, melt the White Chocolate and Water over low heat. Set aside to cool.
2. With whisk, whip the Heavy Cream and Lemon Zest to medium peaks. Fold 1/3 of Whipped Cream into cooled Chocolate. Fold in remaining Whipped Cream and chill.
