Figs - Balsamic and Prosciutto

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 16 small fresh figs
  • 3 tbsp goat cheese
  • 4 proscciutto slices, each cut into oo4 pcs.

Preparation

Step 1

Bring vinegar and honey to a boil in a small saucepan.
Cook until syrupy, about 4 min, set aside to cool.
Trim stems off figs, Quarter figs, cutting 3/4 way down.
Stuff each fig with 1/2 tsp cheese and a piece of prosciutto. Drizzle witlh 1/2 tsp syrup.
