Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes with skin on, scrubbed
- 1 Tbs canola oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lightly oil a baking sheet.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; then cut each half into five wedges.
Place potatoes in a large bowl. Add oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Toss til well coated.
Place potatoes on baking pan. Bake 20 minutes; turn and bake 10 more minutes.
