Caribbean Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup(s) Lea & Perrins® Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 can (28 oz) petite diced tomatoes, well drained
  • 1/2 cup(s) onion, finely chopped
  • 1 fresh jalapeño, minced

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a medium bowl, combine Worcestershire Sauce, tomatoes, onion and jalapeño, and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

2. For a distinctively tropical appeal, add 1/2 cup of diced mango, pineapple or peaches, and a tsp. of fresh squeezed lime juice. Serve as a dip with chips or crackers, or as a topping for chicken, fish or pork.
Tip:
Be sure to shake well before measuring out the Worcestershire Sauce. For extra spice, add an additional minced jalapeño.
