Ingredients
- 24 ox. hashbrown potatoes
- 1 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 lb sausge or cooked ham
- 1 can cream of potatoe soup
- 1 can cream of cheddar cheese soup
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/4 t pepper

Step 1
Oven 350
Cook Sausage.
Mix hashbrowns, sausage, onion, and 1/3 cup cheese into a lage bowl.
In a small bowl mix soups, cream cheese, and pepper. Add soups to hashbrown mixture.
Transfer to a greased 9x13 pan.
Top with remaining 1 C cheese
Back uncovered 30-35 minutes until bubbling.
