Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 2 C flour
  • 2 sticks butter room temp
  • 2 3 oz packages cream cheese room temp
  • Filling:
  • 1 1/3 C brown sugar
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 C chopped pecans
  • 2 t vanilla
  • Powdered Sugar for sprinkling on top after baked.

Preparation

Step 1

Crust:
Work all 3 ingredients togther into 50 tiny balls. Chill thouroughly. Press into mini cupcake pans.

Filling:
Mix well all ingredients with mixer. Fill cups 3/4 full.
Bake 350 25-30 min.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
