Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 C flour
- 2 sticks butter room temp
- 2 3 oz packages cream cheese room temp
- Filling:
- 1 1/3 C brown sugar
- 2 T butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/2 C chopped pecans
- 2 t vanilla
- Powdered Sugar for sprinkling on top after baked.

Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
Work all 3 ingredients togther into 50 tiny balls. Chill thouroughly. Press into mini cupcake pans.
Filling:
Mix well all ingredients with mixer. Fill cups 3/4 full.
Bake 350 25-30 min.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
