Ingredients
- 1 (4 to 6 Pound) pork shoulder
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 to 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 4 to 6 garlic cloves
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cumin power
- 1 to 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 whole cloves
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 dried chipotle chiles (optional)
- 3/4 cup water
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
place all ingredients in crock pot and let it cook. Meat should be able to be pulled apart with a fork.
