Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber, seeded and chopped
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
Preparation
Step 1
1, Place cucumber in a strainer and sprinkle with 1-2 teaspoons of salt. Let stand 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
2. In a food processor, process dreined cucumbers, garlic, lemon juice and dill until well belnded. Add to yogurt and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
