Ingredients
- 2 cans pineapple chunks
- 2 T oil
- 1 green pepper sliced
- 1 onion diced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lb boneless pork
- 2 T flour
- 1/2 C corn syrup
- 1/4 C cider vinegar
- 3 T soy sauce
- 2 T ketchup

Preparation
Step 1
Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Heat oil in skillet and add next 3 ingredients and stir fry 2 min. Remove from pan and stir fry pork.
In bowl stir pineapple juice and next 5 ingredients. Stir into skillet. Add pepper mixture and pineapple and bring to boil.
Serve over rice
