Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup warm water
  • 2 T. olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. active dry yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients thoroughly. Add oil and warm water and knead for about 5 minutes or if using a Kitchen Aid mixture, knead until dough is elastic and no longer sticks to bowl.
Cover and let rise in warm place for 20-30 minutes.
Roll out and place on greased and dusted (with cornmeal) pizza pan. Add desired toppings.
Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until nicely browned on top.
This recipe can me easily doubles.
