Zucchini Cake

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 2 C sugar
• 1 C oil
• 1 tsp B powder
• 1 tsp B soda
• 1 c nuts
• 2 c grated zuccini
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 can crushed pineapple
• 1/2 C raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs, oil, sugar. Add dry ingredients and the other ingredients

Frosting:
1 lb powdered sugar
1/2 tsp B powder
salt
1/4 C milk
2/3 C crisco
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla
