Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus rinsed and cut into 2 inch pieces
- 8-10 ounces mushrooms, sliced and cleaned
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. marjoram, minced
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Saute asparagus, mushrooms, and garlic.
Add lemon zest and juice.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
