Asparagus & Mushroom Saute

Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus rinsed and cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 8-10 ounces mushrooms, sliced and cleaned
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. marjoram, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Saute asparagus, mushrooms, and garlic.
Add lemon zest and juice.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
