Cuban Sandwiches - Weight Watchers

Ingredients

  • 12 oz bag of French rolls (8 in a bag)
  • 1/2 point of lean ham per roll (generally, 1/2 oz)
  • 1/2 point of lean turkey per roll (generally, 1/2 oz)
  • 8 slices low fat swiss cheese
  • 2 t butter (1/4t per roll)
  • 8 t minced garlic
  • dijon mustard
  • dill pickle slices

Preparation

Step 1

Nuke minced garlic for 1-2 minutes. Stir in butter while hot and make a paste. Slice rolls and spread garlic on one side of each. Add lunchmeats and cheese. Spread other side with dijon and add a layer of dill slices. Put on your contact grill or panini press and cook on medium until cheese is melty.
