Ingredients
- You can uase any of your favorite pizza toppings.
- 1/2 lb. ground Italian sausage
- 1 can sliced mushrooms drained
- 3/4 cups bottled pizza sauce or pasta sauce
- 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
- 1 can refrigerated pizza crust or homemade pizza crust
- 1 cup shredded mozzarela cheese
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- grated parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook: sausage, mushrooms, sauce, and seasoning. On floured surface: roll out dough forming a 12"X 8" rectangle. Transfer dough to a parchment covered cookie sheet. Spread sausage mixture lenthwise down the center of dough leaving 2"-3" border uncovered on the long sides and 1/2 " border of dough uncovered on the short side. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese oven meat mixture. Fold long sides of dough over filling; press all edges to seal. Bruxh dough with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with parmesan cheese. Bake 15-20 mins. or until golden brown. Cut into 6 crosswise slices.
