Ingredients
- 3/4 C finely chopped nuts
- 1/4 C shortening
- 1 egg yolk ( reserve white for dipping)
- 1 C flour
- 1/4 C butter
- 1/4 C B sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- salt
Preparation
Step 1
Roll dough in balls and dip in beaten egg white and then in nuts. Bake 5 min then take out and press thumb in center and bake for 8 more min.
When done place red or green jelly in center.
