c packed brown sugar
slices cinnamon-raisin bread, buttered and cubed
(raisins and cinnamon if using plain bread)
tsp vanilla extract
1. Spray interior of slow cooker with cooking spray. 2. Spread brown sugar in bottom of slow cooker. Add bread cubes. Do NOT stir sugar and bread. 3. Combine eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Pour over bread. 4. Cover and cook on high 2-3 hours or until pudding is no longer soupy. Do not stir. Brown sugar will form a sauce on the bottom. 5. Spoon pudding into serving dishes and drizzle with brown sugar sauce.
