Pecan Pie

Preheat oven to 350.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup karo light or dark corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups pecans
  • 1 9" frozen deep-dish pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl stir first 5 ingredients until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust. Bake 50-55 mins. or until knife inserted halfway btween center and edge comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
