Easy Party Meatballs

Stuffing adds texture. Pineapple brings sweetness. Then barbecue sauce completes these amazing meatballs. Don't be surprised if your crew rushes the buffet table.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef1pkg
  • (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 cans (8 oz. each) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 bottle (18 oz.) KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce or KRAFT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT oven to 425ºF.
MIX meat, stuffing mix and water. Shape into 1-inch balls.
PLACE in 13x9-inch baking dish.
BAKE 20 min. or until done (160ºF). Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake 10 min. or until sauce is heated through.

Substitute:
Prepare using your favorite KRAFT Barbecue Sauce.

Substitute ground chicken or 1-1/2 pkg. (24 oz.) frozen LOUIS RICH Pure Ground Turkey, thawed, for the ground beef.
Make Ahead:
Prepare meatballs as directed. Bake in 425ºF oven 20 min. or until done (160ºF). Stir in remaining ingredients; cover and refrigerate up to 1 day. To reheat, bake in 425ºF oven 20 min. or until meatballs and sauce are heated through.
