Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped cooked rotisserie chicken (1-1/2 to 2 chickens)
  • 4 cups thinly sliced celery
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup grated onion
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups crushed potato chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon chicken mixture into an ungreased 7x11-inch baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with cheese.

Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Top with crushed potato chips, and bake 10 more minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve immediately.
