Crunchy BBQ Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 15-oz. can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. barbecue rub

Preparation

Step 1

On baking sheet, toss chickpeas with EVOO and barbecue rub and roast at 400F until crunchy, stirring halfway through cooking, about 35 minutes.
