Ingredients
- 3/4 c cider vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1-1/2 c coleslaw mix (7 oz)
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 c Pulled Pork
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together 1/2 c vinegar, sugar and crushed red pepper; add coleslaw and season with 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper. Toss and let stand at least 15 minutes. Pour off liquid and stir in mayonnaise.
In sauce pan, cook pork, remaining 1/4 c vinegar, Worcestershire and 2 Tbsp water over medium heat to heat through, 2-3 minutes.
Divide pork among buns, top with some slaw and serve remainder alongside.
