Tuna Top Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes, cut horizontally into halves
- 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 2 eggs
- 2 green onions (with tops), thinly sliced
- 1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1 can (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees
Grease lightly square pan, 9x9x2”. Place tomatoes, cut
side up, in pan.
Mix remained ingredients. Spread evenly on cut side of each tomato half.
Bake uncovered until topping is puffed and golden brown, about 25 minutes.
