cheesy italian nachos

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 2 cups bite size tortilla chips
  • 1 cup(4oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup slice ripe olives
  • 1/4 cup refrigerated alfredo sauce

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 375. place chips in single layer on baking sheet. Top with pepperoni, cheese and olives. bake 10 minutes or until cheese melts and chips are warmed thorough. meanwhile, place alfredo sauce in microwave-safe measuring cup. heat on high 20-30 seconds or until sauce is warm. Drizzle sauce over nachos and serve immediately. sprinkle parsley and dried herbs on top if desired.
