Peanut Butter Chocolate Candy Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter, melted
  • 1 pound confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips, melted

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, butter, confectioners' sugar, and graham cracker crumbs.

Spread mixture onto a well-greased 10" x 15" rimmed baking pan. Pour melted chocolate evenly over mixture.

Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Slice bars while still in pan. Refrigerate until well chilled; serve cold.


Makes 25 to 30 bars.
