Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 3 tbsp shake 'bake BBQ glaze coating mix
• dipping sauce;
• 1/2 cup salad dressing mixed with a few spoonfuls BBQ sauce

Preparation

Step 1

mix ground beef with BBQ glaze coating mix

shape into medium-sized meatballs. shake meatballs in remaining coating mix. place in foil-lined baking pan and sprinkle with any remaining mix.

bake 350 for 15 minutes
