Grilled Caribbean Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. lime juice
  • 1/2 C. olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tsp. greek seasoning
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Preparation

Step 1

In large plastic ziploc, combine the lime juice, oil, garlic and greek seasoning. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Coat grill rack with pam. Drain and discard marinade. Grill until juices run clear.
